Bondurant Part of Team in Successful Eleventh Circuit Appeal

Bondurant attorneys Ronan Doherty and Jennifer Peterson were part of a team that prevailed in an Eleventh Circuit appeal.  The Court affirmed the grant of summary judgment in favor of a major home improvement retailer, finding that the retailer had no obligation to rebuild a store that had been destroyed in a fire.  Jennifer gave the oral argument and the Court of Appeals issued its opinion the next business day.
