Bondurant Team Helps Georgia Equality File Amicus Brief

A team of Bondurant Mixson lawyers, including Emmet Bondurant, John Rains, Amanda Kay Seals and Adam Mills, assisted Georgia Equality in filing an amicus brief in a case that will be argued before the U.S. Supreme Court this fall. The case will examine whether employment discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity are covered under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
