John Floyd served as the Chair for the upcoming Georgia ICLE RICO seminar on Nov. 7, 2013. John gave a presentation on "The Other Side of the Coin: State RICO Statutes" at the seminar. Ben Fox also gave a presentation on "Pretrial Proceedings: Discovery and Motions."
