Daily Report
A Fulton County jury has awarded nearly $100 million across two trial phases in a wrongful death case involving a fatal head-on collision and post-crash misconduct by the defendant, a trucking company.
The case centered on the defendant’s destruction and withholding of critical evidence, including dash cam data, driver logbooks, and the plaintiff's vehicle’s airbag module, following a 2017 crash that claimed the life of a 46-year-old man. The firm’s Michael Terry was part of the plaintiff’s trial team and will handle the anticipated appeal.
