Bondurant Mixson Files Lawsuit to Challenge the U.S. Senate Filibuster Rule

Bondurant Mixson & Elmore filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on May 14, 2012 to challenge Rule XXII of the Rules of the U.S. Senate (referred to as "the Senate filibuster rule"). The firm is representing Common Cause, several Members of the U.S. House of Representatives, and potential DREAM Act beneficiaries.
