John Floyd served as the Chair for the Georgia ICLE RICO seminar on Nov. 13, 2015. John gave a presentation on "The Other Side of the Coin: State RICO Statutes" at the seminar. Ben Fox gave a presentation on "Analyzing and Preparing a Civil RICO Case From a Defendants Perspective."
