Defended one of the world’s largest airlines in several class action lawsuits filed nationwide, asserting claims under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act.

Represented a leading tax preparation service in defending against Sherman Act Section 1 and 2 claims.

Representing a major retailer in defense of Sherman Act Section 1 claims.

Served as class counsel in an antitrust case against Masco Corporation and the four largest manufacturers of fiberglass insulation. The case settled for a total of $112.25 million, one of the highest antitrust settlements to date in the state of Georgia.

Represented numerous corporate clients in antitrust class actions by maximizing settlement recovery, objecting to insufficient settlements, and filing opt-out or direct antitrust lawsuits.

Assisted one of the country’s largest tire manufacturers in pursuing antitrust and trademark claims against a tire “retreader.”

Defended a cigarette manufacturer in Sherman Act litigation concerning price-fixing allegations within the cigarette industry.

Worked with a carpet manufacturer during a criminal investigation into alleged price-fixing in the industry.

Represented a dairy in both criminal and civil proceedings related to bid-rigging in the sale of milk to elementary and secondary schools in Georgia.

Defended a seller of motorsports memorabilia in Sherman Act claims related to price-fixing in the sale of souvenirs at motorsports events.
