Northern District of Georgia issues Court Operations Under the Exigent Circumstances Created by CONVID-19 and Related Coronavirus.

Pursuant to General Order 20-02, available here, the federal building located at 600 East First Street, Rome, GA, which houses the Court’s Rome division, is temporarily closed until further notice.

Georgia’s chief justice has declared a statewide judicial emergency, ordering courts and clerk’s offices  to “suspend all but essential court functions” amid growing concerns about the spread of coronavirus.
