Amanda Bradley represents clients in complex trial and appellate litigation in federal and state courts, including in high-stakes contract, government, antitrust, insurance, election, and class action matters. She advocates for both plaintiffs and defendants across diverse industries, bringing a strategic and detail-oriented approach to every case. Her clients include governments, publicly traded Fortune 500 companies, technology companies, and corporate executives.
She maintains a strong pro bono practice and is deeply committed to public service. Amanda secured a victory in a federal jury trial representing a prisoner in a 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights action. She also leads the mock trial team at Daniel McLaughlin Therrell High School in Atlanta Public Schools and serves on the board of Reach for Excellence—a tuition-free enrichment program that prepares middle school students from limited-income backgrounds for success in high school and beyond. Amanda is herself an alumna of the program.
Prior to joining the firm, Amanda clerked for the Honorable Amy Totenberg of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. There, she managed a civil docket of more than 80 active cases and drafted judicial opinions on matters involving civil rights, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII employment claims, and wage and hour laws. She also prepared decisions in criminal matters, including motions for compassionate release and claims of ineffective assistance of counsel.
Amanda earned both her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Harvard University. During law school, she served as a student attorney with the Criminal Justice Institute and Harvard Defenders. She founded and presided over the Harvard Law Students Association for Black American Slave Descendants, and held leadership roles with the Black Law Students Association, including Co-Chair and Elections Committee Chair. In recognition of her public interest work, Amanda was named to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Pro Bono Honor Roll for completing over 830 hours of pro bono service during law school.
