Eleventh Circuit Dismisses Securities Fraud Class Action Suit

On July 11, 2001, the Eleventh Circuit affirmed the dismissal of a massive securities fraud class action suit brought against the former officers and directors of RDM Sports Group, Inc. RDM was an Atlanta-based producer and distributor of fitness and sporting equipment. The firm represented Henry Fong, the former Chairman and CEO of RDM.
