Mike Caplan and Southern Center for Human Rights settle civil rights class action

Bondurant Mixson lawyer Michael A. Caplan, along with his co-counsel at the Southern Center, achieved a favorable settlement in a class action civil rights case addressing the right to counsel in Georgia criminal proceedings. If approved by the Court, the reforms instituted as a result of the consent decree will lead to a fairer and more accurate criminal justice system in Georgia.
