Bret Hobson is an associate who represents both plaintiffs and defendants in various matters in both state and federal courts, including contract disputes, class actions, business torts, antitrust violations, and consumer fraud litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Bret served as a law clerk to the Honorable R. Lanier Anderson, III in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Bret received his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law where he was appointed to the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Barristers.
